This is an opprtunity to blast your body and assault it with exercise until you literally drop. These camps are held outside and last a mininum of an hour and can go on for an entire day depending on participation. Most of the exercises will be done using body resistance exercises, eg jumps, sprints, push ups, squats, lunges and stretching.
We will also also use High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
These are timed bursts of maximum effort followed by timed short breaks. The process is then repeated multiple times, focusing on strength, cardio, plyometrics and circuit training. There will also be a jogging session from a minimum of 15 minutes up to 30 minutes depending on the duration of the class. If we run for 30 minutes that'll just about cover a 5K. Don't worry if you've never run before because I'll take you through a beginners jogging routine where we'll walk and run intermittently and progress from there. All of this put together will be a guaranteed total body and mind numbing experience.
BootCamp's require participants to book their space in advance and are held at various venues.
