CardioDance - Dance Aerobics
During our CardioDance session we cover around 5000 steps which equates to about a two miles. It's a great way to exercise, have fun and burn calories. I include moves with our arms over our head which requires the heart to work harder to pump the blood to the extremeties. All this activity boosts our cadio output, learn new dance moves, get a workout and enjoy yourself.
The secret to sculpting a firm, toned and strong body is constantly varying our workouts, so your muscles and mind won't get bored. This is the ideal time to refresh a tired fitness routine, kick start a new training program and explore new workouts. To help you ease into your new fitness groove I've tried to make all the classes easy to follow so you don't feel like the "new kid on the block". I try to make this class feel like a dance party.
